Pastoral Care

Every student at Daffodil is known, supported, and valued as an individual.

Wellbeing at the Core

At Daffodil, we believe that students can only learn well when they feel safe, valued, and supported. Pastoral care is not an afterthought — it is woven into every aspect of school life.

As a small school, one of our greatest strengths is that every student is genuinely known. Staff notice when a student seems worried or upset. Concerns are picked up quickly. No one falls through the cracks.

Form Tutor

Each student has a dedicated form tutor who is her first point of pastoral contact. Tutors meet with their students daily and monitor their wellbeing and progress.

Mental Health Support

We take mental health seriously. Staff are trained to identify signs of distress, and students are signposted to appropriate support when needed.

Islamic Pastoral Support

Faith is a source of strength. We support students through an Islamic lens — encouraging dhikr, gratitude, and healthy spiritual habits.

Parent Communication

We maintain close communication with parents. Concerns are shared promptly, and families are partners in their daughter's wellbeing.
