Mr Montford leads Daffodil Grammar School for Girls with a clear vision for academic excellence and values-based education. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the school, and for ensuring all statutory requirements are met.

Proprietor
ASM Anisuzzaman is the proprietor of Daffodil Grammar School for Girls and holds ultimate responsibility for the school's strategic direction, financial sustainability, and compliance with independent school regulations.
Governing Body
Daffodil Grammar School for Girls is currently in the process of establishing a formal governing body. As an independent school, our governance arrangements are the responsibility of the proprietor in conjunction with the headteacher. A governing body with independent members will be appointed in due course.
Governance Arrangements
As an independent school, Daffodil Grammar School for Girls is registered with the Department for Education and operates under the Independent School Standards Regulations 2014. Our governance structure ensures appropriate oversight of educational quality, safeguarding, financial management, and statutory compliance.
Parents and carers wishing to raise matters of governance should contact the school in writing, addressed to the Headteacher in the first instance. Escalation procedures are set out in our Complaints Policy.
